Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within Pakistan.
Courier Partner
All orders are delivered through our trusted logistics partner, PostEx.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is applied to all orders, regardless of order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on all orders throughout Pakistan.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email to monitor your parcel’s journey.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Delays & Failed Deliveries
In the event of courier-related delays or delivery issues, our team will personally coordinate between you and PostEx to ensure your parcel is delivered.
Pickup Option
We currently offer delivery only. In-store or warehouse pickup is not available.
